When the same two numbers are added together, the result is always an even number, so B+B would be an even number ULESS C+C yielded an number that was greater than 9 causing a ten to be regrouped to the tens place value and making B+B+1 equal to an odd number. The value of E can be either even OR odd depending on the value of C+C. 


The top row is the product of the two numbers in the middle and the bottom row is the sum of the two numbers in the middle. The missing numbers are
